Cleveland's 175th Annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade-- Ohio's oldest and finest kicked off off at 1:04 pm EST on Friday, March 17, 2017 in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The parade is sponsored, for the 60th straight year, by the United Irish Societies of Greater Cleveland-- a non-profit organization consisting of representatives from 28 Irish Organizations whose primary purpose is to organize the Parade.
The 2017 theme was "The 175th Anniversary of the Cleveland St. Patrick's Day Parade”
Congratulations to the 2017 United Irish Societies Honorees:
- Grand Marshal: Roger S. Weist
- Mother of the Year: Mary Angela Murphy
- Inside Co-Chair: John Patrick Lackey
- Outside Co-Chair: Margaret Lynch
All profits made from the sale of images and slideshows are donated to the St. Patrick's Parade Committee / United Irish Societies if Greater Cleveland.
